“The shower was set up for a handicapped person, so the shower head was chest level. The shade over the widow would not full extend so we had bright lights coming thru the window all night.”

“Breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean and it was great having a kitchen in our room”

“Clean room, breakfast food was lukewarm, evening staff was uninformed and not helpful, room service was a complete waste of time and money! Pool was nice, hot tub jets didn't work properly and just splashed water upward. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

“Loved the breakfast and the spacious room! The staff was lovely and very friendly and helpful! Was very pleasantly surprised by our suite and the kids loved each having their own pullout couch. They were disappointed that the pool was closed for half our stay because we did choose the hotel especially for the pool. The sound proofing wasn't great but our babies white noise machine was pretty helpful with that. I didn't mind the beds but if you're very particular about beds you might not find...

“We were placed in handicap room due to faulty toilet in our original room. No problem but the pull out bed was a sunk in canoe and we could feel all the springs. Definitely do not recommend ”

“Nice staff. Hot tub was cold so couldn’t use it which was extremely disappointing since we came from 4 hours away. Hot water in the shower lasted for about 3 minutes before it started going cold. Couldn’t get the wifi to work on all 3 devices we had. It kept saying technical difficulties. Because of all that I wouldn’t stay here again”

“Mcmenamins Anderson school is hands down our favorite place to stay!!! This was our 3rd trip. We went swimming this time and the pool is so amazing love the bamboo water shoots! We had lunch at the wood shop 😋 DELICIOUS! We will be staying here as often as we can and hope to enjoy more of your propertys! ”

“The room was so filthy. Bathroom floors and sink faucet were never touched. Wads of hair, bottle caps behind toilet room door. dust on shelves,tv remotes. Fridge leaking water on carpet. Smoke detector missing. DO NOT BOOk HERE”
