I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. “Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. The room was incredibly loud, situated next to an atrium that was occupied until 12am and beneath a room of folks that started their day in combat boots at 6am. I was staying over to take a 5hr exam at a nearby college, specifically to get a good night's sleep. Staying here was a poor choice, potentially with lasting consequences- unfortunately, the staff was too screwed by a system failure to figure...

“Room was well appointed and clean. Very noisy doors when closing, despite trying to close very quietly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as no white bread available at all only wheat. Also no milk available for coffee after breakfast time as only creamers/half and half provided.”

“You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...
