“Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! ”

“We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!”

“A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return.”

“Fabulous converted barn in a peaceful location with great views. Spacious and light inside with all that you need for a weekend away. Three good sized rooms, great to have ensuites.Extra bonus the mezzanine floor (great for yoga and look at the views!) and piano which we used for a sing along! Local walks straight from the property and great pub just walking distance from the barn. Thanks for a great stay.”

“A comfortable property with plenty of room, a full kitchen, dining and living room, washer/dryer, and an overall good value. Perfect for a family with children. For us it was a quiet alternative to staying in Bath, with frequent and convenient trains and only a short walk from the station. Bradford-on-Avon is a quaint town, not too crowded but with several nice restaurants, shops and destinations. We didn’t have a car but it looked like there were car parks and street parking nearby.
