“It was a pleasant experience. Our only issue was that the pool was under renovation, which we can't hold against them for making improvements.”

“Very new hotel with character (unique rooms with artist murals). Everything is clean and fairly easy. It is a no contact check in so there is no front desk or staff on site. The only slight issue is the communication via Expedia that does not share the client’s contact with the hotel so it is tricky to get the check in instructions/keypad code. Besides that, I love it! Stayed there twice already and planning on staying there again on my next trip.”

The side entrance door was broken and would not close properly, allowing anyone to enter the building, which raised significant safety concerns. Our room had broken outlet covers, dirty air vents, and filthy windows that gave the impression it had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The bedding was also disappointing. “I only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly. The facilities were amazing, and the room looked great and smelled great. When I'm in that area, I definitely will stay at this location again.”

“Smoking around the building. Two chairs seemed to be set up permanently for cigar smokers. Raining when we arrived and besides the two cigar smokers there were 4 or 5 people smoking by the entrance door. Apparently smoking is allowed as long as outside. The smoke could be smelled inside. The woman at reception gave us the wrong WiFi password. Got the correct password in the morning. She must have worked at another hotel as well, because password was a totally different format.
