“The only bad thing that I have to say is about the overflowing trash in the common areas. Otherwise the property is very nice and the rooms were clean.”

“The staff were so kind and the beds were amazing. The bathtub had some rust in it and the shower was not working properly but I think that would be an easy fix and not necessarily reflective of all rooms. I would stay there again.”

“Right off the main loop of town. Staff all very friendly. We ran out of towels and we were going to have to wait as they were still washing them but then they got some out of the other rooms. We didn't even know it had a pool, fenced off but was able to sit out there before our event. Only wished there was a small end table on each side of bed so everyone could charge their own phones and have personal items like glasses close by.”

“The lady that was on afternoon/evening duty was probably the nicest I e ever had and we’ve had a lot!!!!”

“The property was not maintained there was broken windows, broken doors on several units. There was trash piled falling out of the trash can there were shopping carts on the walkways of the 2nd floor there were multiple people walking around that looked like they were on drugs and there was many broken down vehicles in the parking lot.”

“This hotel has passed its prime. It is inexpensive, but it is located in a seedy part of Tyler. We were concerned leaving our car in the parking lot overnight. Everything in our room was stained. It did seem fairly clean, however. Bed was comfortable too.”

“I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. The only consolation was the Area Director of Operations Taskforce ,...
