“Communication was excellent. We were disappointed with the lack of basic items ie: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel. Since we stayed for four nights I had to buy these items. The frying pans were very warn, very hard to use. We had to wash all of the towels in the house because they smelled like mildew (they probably weren’t dried completely before putting up). I spoke with the owner a few times who was very understanding and tried to accommodate us as much as he could but was not able to stop by his house.
