“The house is clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything that you would need for a vacation. Quick response and good communication. The plunging pool was great at the house, and a larger pool - ocean side if you need more sun! Within walking distance to restaurants, and Cafe Moka next door. We would stay here again, in a heart beat.”

The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room,...

“Absolutely beautiful home with amazing sunrises over the water. We spent a lot of time lounging next to the pool and watching the boats travel the channel. The home has everything you can want. Our two small dogs loved the fenced property, and of course their daily walks thru the neighborhood. Susie & Roly are fantastic, very service oriented and responsive. We couldn’t be more pleased and already look forward to next year!”

“Nice Property, owner has great communications with renters. A little disappointing with the on-site boat ramp, but we made it work. Easy access to the Atlantic and you are staying on the Gulf so that makes boating easy. On-site marine can get a little tricky with 3 boats so pick your spot and leave fenders, ropes, etc. so others will know you have taken this spot along the docks. Lots of trees on property so ask about boat height and ramp/trailer parking access ahead of time. All and all a great...

“This place is spotless and feels so airy, bright, and clean! We loved the dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. And every bedroom is a nice size. The location is perfect for many Islamorada locations - if you can beat the FL heat, you can walk to almost everything. Our favorite nearby place is Morada Bay for lunch or dinner with sunset. Publix and CVS are both a short drive away. The pool is nice - maybe a smidge small; we never felt crowded but all the rentals didn’t seem to be booked either....
