“Hotel superiore alle aspettative.”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

“Weird check in process where they show you the room before signing you in? I prepaid on a nonrefundable reservation so had no real choice not to say it looks fine! The room was basic, bed surprisingly comfortable and a/c worked well, large tv, carpet stained but otherwise dated but clean. not many food choices at breakfast but coffee was hot. ”

“Breakfast was wonderful--great variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was relatively quiet. We had a nice view of the mountains from the room. There were a few issues (no washcloths, and found some items left by the previous occupant) but the hotel staff were responsive and assisted with resolving the issues.”

“Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place.”

“Comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to and close to the hockey game. Parking was easy and there are lots of places to eat close by. ”
