“Hotel superiore alle aspettative.”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry. ”

“The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! Had I had enough money to take the loss and go elsewhere, I would have. 10/10 do NOT recommend, I will not be staying there again. ”

“Hotel was clean, staff was attentive. Pool was too cold, no hot tub. For the price, recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Food was very limited, fruit offerings not fresh. Overall 6/10. For the price point there's better options. ”
