“Such a bad night. Hotel is under renovation. Debris from work, smell, dust and loud noise from construction from 9A-6P. The pictures advertised our false advertisement during this renovation process. The reviews from people posting how wonderful the breakfast was is a lie. The worst part was there was no notification that the water would be shut off from 9 to 10 AM.”

“It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,. Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times. Cons: our room was not clean and up to par. “Room overall was clean, but it’s such a small space. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms. You have to go downstairs for that. A lot of water falls out during a shower as well. This is really a place if you need to sleep and leave right away. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids or bigger families.”
