“Il migliore hotel della zona, e li ho provati tutti fra Deer Park e Pasadena. Prossimo viaggio, se il prezzo è concorrenziale, sicuramente andrò lì. Personale Gentilissimo, pulizia e buon Wi-Fi. Ottimo ”

“I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the room was never cleaned, when I asked the front desk for explanations they told me that it is a company policy????? this is incredible, I feel cheated. I hope someone solves it the problem.”

“Terrible experience at this property. The rooms were dirty and smelled awful. My stay was from Friday to Tuesday, but I had to leave and find a different hotel nearby. I explained the reasons to the manager, but they refused to refund my money. A terrible experience; I do not recommend it.”

“The room was rented for my husband. He said staff was very nice and the rome was clean. He said it would help if vending machines and ice machines were available. His wake up call was on time.. We knew this was not a luxury hotel but was very acceptable as he was in Houston for a family funeral and basically needed a place to sleep n shower. ”

“The room was about as well as could have been expected!! The toilet seat was broken! There was no shower, only a bath!!”

“Promised breakfast and there was none. There was mold everywhere and we had to deep clean the room right after the staff left the room. Asked for late check out like the site asked and we were given 30 mins and then a bunch of hell as we left. When we arrived we asked to be moved rooms due to noise concerns and health issues and we're denied the ability to do so and unable to cancel with a refund. Won't stay their again. Trash hotel”

“Elevator not working. No change machine for the laundry and staff would not sell quarters to us. On website it said breakfast included but their version of breakfast is a couple bananas and some apples.”
