“Beach Villas in Carlsbad was incredibly an amazing place & room to stay for our family. Perfect location directly next to Beachside. Extra Large 2bed/2bath w/gigantic patio overlooking ocean w/ huge table for family outdoor dining, patio set to relax, & propane grill. Rooms great sizes & clean. Room#4 had everything we needed in bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen- just like being home. Entire place was clean top to bottom; modern minimalist beach feeling inside; We had one designated parking spot...

“We absolutely loved our stay here! Our oceanview room was beautiful — waking up to that view every morning created a relaxing vibe. The rooftop had amazing views too, and we enjoyed spending time up there relaxing. The continental breakfast was really good with plenty of fresh options. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. ”

“I stayed here with my wife and three kids in one of the suites while traveling to Legoland. The suite was clean and it had modern touches that made are stay feel comfortable and cozy. The staff were pleasant and were even willing to give us a 12 pm checkout time at no extra cost. My only slight complaint is that it is was a bit noisy due to the proximity to the freeway. Overall, this is a very good motel option if you have more than 4 guests and need more than 2 beds for your stay. ”

“The room was clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. I like the location has an outside shower for the guests to rinse after swimming in the ocean. Glad that the guests I stayed with followed the quiet time. I received all the information I needed via emails and texts. Text communications were very responsive.”

“From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew it was going to be a lively stay. Secure access, clean everywhere, spacious room with black out curtains. Fold out couch that actually looked comfortable. Kitchen area that was spacious and functional. Constructive feedback would be friendlier staff in the breakfast area and better breakfast quality would set this higher. Still would consider this a solid experience.”
