“In an attempt to avoid travelling in the heat, we arrived very early. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to provide drinks.
We decided to stay for lunch and were not disappointed with the food. Steaks being cooked to perfection, with desserts of sticky toffee pudding and brownie being to die for!
When we did get to go to our room, we found it more than adequate, very clean and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to store our own goodies.
There was ample wardrobe space...
“The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!”
“My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley.
Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff!

“For the price, oustanding facilities. Nice environment, great artwork, good libby and lounge area. Loved the availability of self service hot drinks and water coolers on each floor. The lounges were comfortable and have good facilites to work if required. The fitness suite, pool and sauna were all clean and comfortable. Rooms had a hood size deak, appropriate lamps, powerful showers and comfortable pillows and beds.”

“I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside.
I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating.
