“Location unica e meravigliosa Posizione super Personale gentilissimo”

“Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“Camera grande, molto bella e pulita, due letti king molto comodi. Colazione con cibi confezionati, solo dolci, niente pane. La struttura è posizionata fuori Gananoque, per noi che siamo arrivate tardi e’ pesato non poter uscire a piedi per cenare.”

“This place was so cozy. We stayed in a tiny cottage that had everything we needed. Mini-fridge, coffee maker. It was clean and comfortable. Staff members were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return.”

“Hotel was really clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was fine. I wish there was some fresh fruit. The only issue I had was I hadn't read the fine print when I booked my room but having a pet is $75. I saw it was pet friendly and that is why I booked there. It seems like an exorbitant in some. And for that reason I would not stay there again but everything else was great”

“Enjoyed the one night we stayed with no problem and no complaints”

“Great stay but unruly neighbours were super loud at night and kept my tired kids and I awake. When I called front desk they said they would send someone, but doors kept slamming and one woman kept speaking so loudly 10pm to almost midnight. Very disappointed with security/staff because of this. Otherwise great location and beautiful hotel.”
