“Clean and Comfortable with great staff”

“Everything was fine for us.”

“The floor in the room was very dirty. The A/C unit is falling apart. Half the lights didn't work and there was a big hole in the back of the bathroom door. This was our 1st stay and it will be our last.”

“Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. ”

“It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable!”

“The room had used underwear in the drawers. Blood and hair in sheets. TV broken. Crack heads everywhere. Never staying here again and you shouldn't either..”

“Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location. It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub. Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“Never stayed and didn’t know how to cancel reservation. Will not use Expedia again.”

“Broken items in our room. Toilet was extremely wobbly. Booked a 2 queen room but beds were definitely a full size. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Was very unimpressed.”

“The pullout bed was broke, and the pool was closed. There was nothing on the website about the pool being closed. We had to take the kids to a different place to swim and we had to pay for that”

“I got a pet room that reeked of dog urine, when I told the front desk they handed me a spray bottle of some kind of scent remover. The tv didn’t work, when I called the front desk they told me it sounded like a wifi issue and couldn’t help me. The fitness room was terrible with hardly any equipment, the hot tub wouldn’t come on. Overall it was a terrible experience”

“Wasn’t able to use the hot tub as the pool was full of people having kids birthday parties and the heater didn’t work in the pool so the kids the hot tub . No big deal but would have enjoyed the hot tub .”

“I would recommend this Holiday Inn for the courteous staff and very clean rooms they may just feel like being home.”
