“Everything over all was great.”

“Room was not clean whatsoever, top cover on bed had multiple stains, had a weird stench to the whole bedding as well, felt itchy when laying in the bed. The bathroom seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and the shower had barely worked. Would not recommend and never staying at this hotel again”

“If you do not want dirty towels, get called a liar from the staff, and actually get good customer service. I would stay far away from this place.”

“Breakfast was ok, juice machine was out of order, specialty coffee machine was out of order, ice machine was out of order.”

“Had to pay daily Park Entry fee for each day in private cabin adding cost to for entire week. Kitchen sink has no water pressure. Coffee pot was not cleaned when cabin closed for winter season so it was full of mold. Went out and bought my own.”

“It is a nice hotel. Pool was cold. Other than that it was a nice stay. ”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with the chaos of several 12-year-olds running around, which I definitely appreciated. They handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. That said, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom sink and dried contacts left on the nightstand, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our stay.”

“Somethings wrong with the plumbing in that building toilets don’t flash had to work on the shower for 10 minutes before I can get the showerhead to work walls paper thin that was upstairs downstairs was a little better last time I stayed”

“The property is in need of upkeep and maintenance. The hot breakfast was not very good, slimy eggs, dry sausage. We tried it the first morning but gave up and ate out instead that day and the second. Room was dirty. Possible blood on the sheets which were quickly changed when we ask but then we found other red spots probably food stains on the walls, ceiling, and floor. The on duty manager did change us rooms but we had another friend attempt to book this same hotel and was given a room that was...

“It was not a clean room, funky smell, mirror had toothpaste splatters, black hairs in the shower, hole in the bathroom door. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t the best. I couldn’t do anything about it because we got there at 11pm. Just not ideal when coming in so tired and ready to have a clean space to be”
