The Pineapple Cafe was great, I had two simple breakfasts and coffee over my staff. they also open at 6 which is a bonus for me as my work days start early. The parking worked well - you need to buzz the front desk from the entry gate when you check in. After that your door key works. For truck owners the lower floor (there are two) has 6' 6" clearance. "Heating" is listed as an amenity, which is true, but my outlandish assumption was a property marketed as a "suite" would have comfortable temperatures. “Loft providing the amenities.”

“The day staff was helpful but the night staff was incompetent and indifferent. The area surrounding the hotel is run down and unsafe. We did not make it two blocks without being harassed. There is a vacant lot across the street with a broken down car in it. It is horribly overpriced for the room and location. We had an empty space where the fridge was meant to be and we wait three hours for them to bring one in.”

“Not great, room is small, best suited for a solo travelers. Not accessible outlets, no place to get ready. Fan and refrigerator take up so much room in an already small room.”

“My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options. “We flew into Seattle on a Thursday for a Friday cruise departure. Was extremely difficult to find a reasonably priced room near the port. BUT it was FIFA World Cup and the night we stayed there, USA was playing, so the city was a bit crazy and the hotel was packed. Even then, the staff was efficient and friendly getting us into the room early - at no extra fee. Hotel was clean. May be small but I appreciated the ice machine offering cubed ice only, just water only, and both. Great location!!”
