“Breakfast”

“Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”

“The staff was great! Parking is underground and very secure. The room was HUGE with the most comfortable bed I've every had at a hotel. If you want to be near the U-District and Capitol Hill, this is the place for you.”

“Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise.”

“A nice hotel, super comfy beds, double sinks, very cute, they are of course very big on the pineapple theme. Everything was clean, the area was safe, staff was friendly. No breakfast (apparently they used to have this service) and there is a fee for parking. There is a cafe a couple of doors down that is actually pretty good.”

“This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! ”

“Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

“Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place.
