“Gave away reserved room that was paid for. Had to find last minute alternative. Completely useless staff. Staff stated no rooms available, Expedia site stated 7 rooms available.”

“Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise.”

“A nice hotel, super comfy beds, double sinks, very cute, they are of course very big on the pineapple theme. Everything was clean, the area was safe, staff was friendly. No breakfast (apparently they used to have this service) and there is a fee for parking. There is a cafe a couple of doors down that is actually pretty good.”

“Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. “The room we were in, 241, was very clean, but seemed a bit shabbier than the other rooms we have stayed in on previous trips to this same hotel. Spots on desk chair, dings on furniture, bathroom shower grout repair job kind of messy, tv didn’t work and required the main desk staff to fix problem. Staff members were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast cheese omelettes were dry and rubbery, but usually the breakfasts are very good, so that was disappointing.”
