Hotel a Woodlawn

“Very clean. Evening "snacks" were plentiful and good. No need to go out for dinner. Very clean and nice rooms.”

“The Casino and Grandstand/Races were very nice. Smoking was allowed, but in the casino ventilation was good so it was tolerable. Our room was very nice & comfortable. Too bad we were given a room with a view of the roof & maintenance facilities. Should have changed but we opted not to since we were only in the room to sleep.”

“Killed a bug in the shower. Nice that there were 4 towels and wash clothes. Could use to have USB and c-port charging spots. Overall a good experience ”

“My husband and I checked in after a long day of traveling and Chris was wonderful. He was so welcoming and a breath of fresh air. I would come back and stay there just because of him.”

“The customer service was phenomenal, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. I will definitely come back and recommend it.”

“Room was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. It was a standard hotel stay. I did have an issue with my keycard and the front desk got it straightened out quick. So that was a plus. Overall, it was a good room.”

“We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).”

“This hotel that needs some tlc. Rust in the bathroom. There are areas in hallway that look like they have not been cleaned in a while. No hair dryer. Smell of smoke around. Dogs in room a crossed the hall barked on and off. Room seemed fairly clean.”

“Had to change rooms because the first was dirty; found the towels were dirty in the second. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We checked out as soon as we could find a different hotel.”

“Property was right off the interstate and close to a few fast restaurants. My room was spacious and very clean.”

“The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.”
