“The room was presentable and updated and it was comfortable to stay in. We got charged 10 dollars for early check in and 25 dollars a night for a crib. The clerk at the front desk seemed frustrated with simple requests for items like utensils, napkins, and a room fan, so that did detract from the stay. Our room had air conditioning but our parents did not. Overall, it was an affordable option the night before a cruise and the room was spacious and comfortable but customer service was not great. ”

“Our room was very clean and comfortable with newer furnishings. The location to the cruise port is very convenient. Very disappointed that the pool was so dirty which prevented us from enjoying it. The included breakfast was good and despite the business was kept replenished and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. ”

“We loved our stay here! Check in was quick, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We never had an issue finding parking during our whole stay. Also love that they lock the gate at 11pm so people can’t get in without a code. The room was very clean, and had a full refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove top.
