“The hotel was well maintained. Had a classic old hotel vibe. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent. Multiple choices for hot and cold food. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops and market. It felt cozy, quaint and quiet. Beautiful scenic drives. Will 100% book again.”

“I can't get a hold of anyone to ancell the reservation”

“I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

“Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!”

Solid morgenmad for hele familien og kaffe ad libitum dagen lang. Vi har nydt vores ophold. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold på Drury.”

“We love staying at this hotel when we visit St. Louis for baseball games. The property is clean, staff is friendly and continental breakfast is good. The commute to downtown is easy too.”

“Room was clean and need was very comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home or wake up in pain because of bad mattresses”

“Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!”

“Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

“Good motel. They charge a $150 deposit and say they refund you 10-14 business days, be prepared for that. Pool area was clean, and they had towels outside for the pool. Quiet area besides trucks on the highway. The room we stayed in could have used new locks, they weren’t as secure. Furniture could use replaced. Bed was super comfortable! Great water pressure. Front staff was nice as well. Would come back.”
