“Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

“This place is perfect for my son and I to stay. We get the two bedroom suite. I will continue to book this for my stays before chemotherapy. Recommend to anyone with a family!”

“When I was planning this trip to Philadelphia, I believe I was looking at another hotel and selected this one by mistake and didn’t realize it until I arrived the day of the check-in I was put on the third floor and upon exiting the elevator it smelled like a greasy Indian buffet, which was an immediate turn off. “I found this hotel to be one of the best that I’ve been in a long time. The room was clean the pool area clean when there was no towels and I text and they brought clean towels. The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel.”
