“Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel a bit grotty though. Definitely needs a refurb. Rooms very tired looking. Noisy as well from motorway traffic.”

“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. “We stayed for three nights. There was absolutely no service, no cleaning at all, and remnants of the previous guest’s trash were still in the room. My body broke out in severe hives from the very first night, which gradually worsened. Considering the price we paid, the service was extremely poor.”

“Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per spostamenti nella zona, diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera confortevole e dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno ben rifinito, staff preparato e cortese. Se dovessi tornare nella zona, probabilmente tornerei ad alloggiare qui, consigliato.”

“We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant.”
