“Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.”

“I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. ”

Per quasi tutte note positive, posizione strategica si può raggiungere Bourbon st. sia a piedi (10min.) che in tram.Camere pulite, colazione più che soddisfacente. nota negativa il personale all'ingresso spesso chiaccheravano tra loro invece di aprire la porta agli ospiti dell'hotel.”

“Lots of space in the room however the seating is limited for the amount of people expected to sleep. Great natural lighting. Instructions for arrival and departure were pretty straight forward. Coffee shop and restaurant 2 blocks away which was a plus. Quiet for the most part except for the birds chirping outside the windows and the occasional loud vehicle driving alongside the property”
