Hotel vicino a Xizhao Temple - Pechino

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Excellent service from hotel staff.”

“Wonderful place and breakfast !”

“Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service.

Veramente consigliato!”

“Beautiful hotel with many indoor services, walking distance from the city center and next to a metro station.”

“Ci hanno addebitato due volte la camera . Il personale alla receptim nn parla inglese”

“Excellent stay. Wonderful hotel!! Shangri La is always a guarantee of perfect stay.”

“Hotel trascurato, sporco, odori sgradevoli. Lavandino con macchie e scrostato. Unica nota positiva Palestra e Camera suite molto grande.

“We loved our very spacious room on the 26th floor! Excellent breakfast with the beautiful view on the 27th floor and very helpful staff!”
