“Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone”

“Our favorite stop by far. The kids adored the place and the owners, it’s like staying with loving grandparents. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property.
