Villa Vida holds a Vivienda Vacacional (VV) license which allows a Villa such as ours to be used for holiday rentals in Lanzarote. Always ask for this license number before booking your holiday in the Canaries.

This beautiful semi detached Villa is located in an exclusive development in the Playa Flamingo area, at the base of Montaña Roja in Playa Blanca, arguably the most desirable area of Playa Blanca, with a perfect balance of serenity whilst only a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and bars.
Villa Vida is just a 5 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach and 1 minute from Aqua Lava Water Park. It has four bedrooms, one super king size with en-suite and dressing room, one double and two twins.

It can comfortably sleep eight people, has three bathrooms, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, private electrically heated pool and is furnished beautifully.
With large open plan living/dining area, this is the perfect Villa.

We also have impeccable green credentials, as Villa Vida takes full advantage of the 2,500 hours of Sunshine in Playa Blanca and uses Solar Energy.

Villa Vida is ideal for children and cots and highchairs will be provided. The property is all on one level so is easily accessed by pushchairs and wheelchairs etc. Outside: Large outdoor area ideal for alfresco dining on the 8 seater table, private heated pool (approx 7m x 4m), built in Canarian BBQ, sun loungers, mature garden. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for use at the villa. Pool towels are also supplied. It will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. Towels and linen will be changed weekly. Additional cleans during your stay are available upon request.

Some Villa management companies charge separately for Pool heating and Air Conditioning, rest assured we don't, it's all included in the price. 😊

Wheelchair accessible
The property would be ideal for disabled guests as there are no steps. The property can be accessed from the road via a small ramp on the driveway. Wheelchair users have happily used this property gaining access throughout and have returned frequently. Various mobility equipment can be hired and made available to you on arrival.
