“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“The perfect place to stay after exploring the Yarra Valley. We use it as our base after a hard day of champagne drinking at Chandon! Nothing better than to come back to our room and unwind with a spa. Will always be our place to stay whenever visiting the region.”

“The staff were amazing tended to our every need no ask was too big for these guys. Had an issue with my husband's back injury and him being able to go up the stairs so they accommodated for me my husband and my daughter in a family room down stairs with no issue at all we are definitely staying with them again”

“On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. ”
