“Nice looking property from a distance. Dings and scratches in walls, doors and furniture. Serious dings and scratches. Walk down halls and see serious scratches in every door. Probably from cleaning carts. Had to reattach one side of toilet seat. Faucet in bathtub/ shower continued to spray water when knob was pulled to turn on shower. Mold in corner. Corners and top of moulding was dirty. Light fixture in bathroom is filthy. Look up.”
