“Great location to airport, new facility, clean rooms. Room was missing hair dryer and the temp was either hot or cold without much in-between temp.”

“I am 56 years old and traveled most of my adult life. I have two children, 9 and 7, and my wife who is 50. We drove 12.5 hours from Richmond to Jacksonville, just to stay overnight and on to Tampa. We arrived and I was assigned the wrong room we had 5 people, which I booked for, and they gave me a room for 4. I was told I would have to pay a 50 dollar upcharge. I discussed with the front desk person that I had booked a room for 5, and she told me the code was wrong and it was Expedia's...

“Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds. Breakfast was beyond basic- I would recommend to skip and go elsewhere for breakfast. All food was previously frozen packaged from a basic shop. Nothing was in house cooked in the morning Surprised, since hotel has a chef on staff.”

“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...
