“The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned. Came away from that room with small bites/rashes on my skin and legs. Which, to be fair, my fiancé did not catch (she slept in a different bed). Overall the service was good but the hotel...

I love that the eMart was just 1 floor below the lobby, there were 3 cafes connected to the hotel, and the breakfast buffet style was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!”
