Hotel vicino a York Road - Maidenhead

“Stayed here a few times / room in pavilion v small but v clean. Pavilion a v nice experience / reception and welcome and exit all great. The issue is the bar and restaurant staff who are quite off hand and inefficient- multiple missed orders for many people, no greeting, surly attitude which is a real shame and as I sat working the female worker was openly rude to her colleague about other guests and other staff members - we walked in on our last evening and the female bartender did everything...

“l'hotel da poco "rinnovato" presenta davvero lacune basiche. Camere decenti, ma piccole. La doccia piccola e senza (o pochissima acqua calda!) TV presente in camere ma senza telecomando, e non si riusciva ad operare. Colazione BASICA. ”

“Spacious and clean room - we’d upgraded to Premium. Decent selection of drinks and tasty breakfast options. Much better value for visiting Windsor in comparison to city centre hotels - and a much more chilled vibe. Would stay again.”

“Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and the staff were all excellent too. We will definitely be back!”
