“Che peccato! Una struttura magnifica in un luogo splendido. Purtroppo il servizio, dal concierge alle cameriere veramente non all’altezza (invio foto di come hanno lasciato il pigiama 😳). Nella lista dei ristoranti del circondario proponevano locali chiusi da anni. L’Ascensore è rimasto rotto da quando siamo arrivati al terzo giorno quando siamo andati via, eravamo al terzo piano. Cena con ottimo food e buon servizio ad un prezzo veramente troppo alto. Colazione solo “a la carte” lentissima e...

“Hotel molto carino e pulito. Un po' più moderno rispetto agli standard inglesi d'arredamento alberghiero. I bagni presentano il solito problema inglese della mancanza di miscelatore nel lavandino, risulta quindi complicato lavarsi comodamente. Molto silenzioso, probabilmente perché ristrutturato bene e di recente. Il posto attorno all'hotel è bellissimo. ”

“After a bad start (we arrived late - after a phone call in wich they say "don't worry if you arrive until 9pm someone will be there" and then nope...we arrived at half past 8 but nobody was in there and we had to make another 2 phone calls to have the key for the room...) all was just great! Room was clean nice and comfortable. Also on the ground floor ther is a kitchen for the guest where is possibile to make some coffee or tea and using microwave. breakfast is hude and very good...you can...

“I regularly work in Reading and when I get the chance, I will stay in the Market House. I’ve stayed in a few of the other Reading central hotels and this is my favourite for the price and comfort. “We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...

“The welcome food (fruit, cookies, etc.) was appreciated. The room was clean, but the dishwasher was not working properly and I couldn't use it properly. The bus stop was nearby, which was convenient for commuting. The manager's service was very good.”
