“When we arrived they told us our solarium room was not available because of electrial being shut off. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. Its clean, safe, staff is friendly, all the restaurants and buffet was delicious. Bed was comfortable, and we are picky. Had extra pillow and blanket, ironing board and iron in closet.
