“Alexandria (sp?) at the front desk excelled in customer service. We found our room to be clean and very comfortable. My husband has had several appts at the Mayo Clinic over the past several months. Last time, we stayed at the hotel closest to Mayo's campus. The cleanliness and excellent customer service at your hotel far surpasses that hotel.”
