“Great location we did have an issue with a server at bar Louie she had a attitude problem and didn’t seem happy at all then when we were to pay the bill we were double charge and wanted us to pay again ”

“El menú del desayuno bien, la habitación c0onvarios detalles: no estaba la cafetera, no había toallas solo para una persona, el teléfono no funcionaba. Después de acudir a recepción fueron a llevar toallas y la cafetera, el teléfono iban a cambiar la placa y ya no regresó el técnico. Al hacer el aseo no rellenaros los contenedores de shampoo, acondicionador y gel de ducha, hasta que lo reportamos lo rellenaron. Todo lo demás muy bien”

“Booked 2 rooms for a week, they put us on different floors. They agreed to move us closer the next day. Room they gave us then was tucked in a corner with view from the balcony was the blank wall of other wing of hotel. They also had 2 hot tubs outside that were both barely warm”

“Didn’t get the room serviced until the last day, trash was overflowing by then. Rarely saw any staff members anywhere. The room had a very pretty view but you can hear everything going on outside resulting in terrible sleep. ”
