Pool was great and relaxing! Staff was wonderful especially Giovanni at the pacific lab airstream!

Nice swimming pool, good food, many services like gym, bicycle, tours, yoga, etc.

⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT EXPECT TO SLEEP HERE Our experience at Royal Solaris was completely unacceptable for a resort that calls itself all-inclusive. CONSTRUCTION AND DRILLING AT 1:00 AM. Yes, 1 AM. We called the front desk and specifically asked them to stop because we could not sleep. They did NOTHING. The drilling continued until I finally had to get out of bed and physically go downstairs around 3:00 AM to complain. Because of the lack of sleep, HALF OF OUR GROUP MISSED A PAID EXCURSION the next morning. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience it directly affected our vacation, our plans, and money we had already spent. The food was equally disappointing. Dry, repetitive, and very poor quality for an all-inclusive resort. The hot chocolate tasted like flavored water, the coffee selection was extremely limited, and meal after meal felt like the same low-quality options. We paid for an ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT experience. That should include quality food, decent drinks, reasonable service, and at the absolute minimum, the ability to sleep at night. Royal Solaris seriously needs to reconsider its standards and how it handles guest complaints. A vacation that people save and pay for should not be negative. I would NOT recommend Royal Solaris based on our experience. There are far too many resorts in Cancun to spend your money somewhere that doesn’t respect its guests enough to let them sleep.

Wow. What you get is incredible for families. Great shows. Beach and pools are very nice. Staff is helpful. Only negatives is they push a time share presentation and the key cards don’t always work. But overall very nice experience.

Staff were all helpful,friendly & professional. The resort was well maintained and room was nice & clean. House keeping came twice a day to see if you needed the room clean or extra amenities. The pools were also nice & well maintained. The swim up bar pool also had shade just wish one of the other pools had small portion shade too. The breakfast buffet food was ok had alot of variety of options. The other restaurants the food was good. Don't come in the summer if like going in the beach water because of the seaweed. Overall my family and I had great time.

Main pool was okay. We rented a cabana one day and it wasn't worth the extra money. The small pool right in front of us was literally green.

The location is lovely and unique. If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell. I have noticed little efficiency in removing it along the road leading to the accommodation and only after pointing it out. You will happen to find cherrans at the bar or on the beach, on the sunbed, especially if you have just eaten and also few “memories of them”. There was not much sargasso but the one present along the edges of the beach I expected to be removed. The food is excellent, both meat and fish but avoid pasta and pizza in the sarimar buffet, while the breakfast is one of the most complete and satisfying I've ever had. The restaurants are not all open all the time; with a very short stay we were able to try only one since it is necessary to book the day before: we were satisfied with that and the food was excellent despite a long wait, compensated by the friendliness of the staff. The evening entertainment shows are very nice and pleasant.
