When we approached the front desk for assistance, the attendant was rude and informed us that the problem was caused by keeping our key card too close to our phone. Subsequently, maintenance came to our room but could not get the key to work either. As a solution, they had to access the room next to ours and climb over the wall to reach our patio in order to unlock the door from the inside.”

"Hotel attempato e con arredamenti quasi logori... Necessita di un ammodernamento. Stanza piccola e molto rumorosa. Tutta la notte sentivo la musica del locale di fronte... Colazione ok ma nulla di eccezzionale. Palestra piccola ma ben accessoriata La zona e' abbastanza buona ma la collocazione dell' hotel non e' veramente piacevole.. per quanto speso mi aspettavo molto di piu..."
