“Poor service. Restaurants were empty but still didn’t allow us in.breakfast Buffet don’t have basic fruits like banana, apple, mango. Once food is finished in buffet bowls, no one is filling it up. Rice once finished , no one refilled the containers. Breads during the breakfast were finished. Ice cream shop guy said cones are finished even though I saw a huge huge box of waffle cones under the shelf. Couldn’t get premium liquor like macallan or blue label and not even glenfiddich at the...

“Struttura ottima, 3 stelle non rende giustizia. L'animazione per i bambini è stata super, tante attività diverse, i bambini ci andavano sempre volentieri. Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Room was not cleaned very well. Staff was friendly. Buffet was pretty good. The À la carte restaurants weren’t as good as we were expecting especially the steakhouse food it was very dry. Resort was awesome a lot of pools and 3 swim up bars. Also right on the beach so that was a plus.”

Quindi l aprima sera pensando di avere il pasto gratuito ho cenato, ma i camerieri sono venuti al mio tavolo accerchiando mi e con modi poco garbati volevano che pagassi subito senza aspettare nemmeno finissi facendomi fare una brutta figura con tutte le persone presenti. “Very worth the money. The food was very good. I just wish they offer a golf cart or shuttle service to stop at the security gate bc they don’t let all tours in and we had to walk from the security gate all the way to the hotel. Also more frequent shuttle to the beach club I guess”
