“We had booked this trip for my sons birthday party . We booked three ocean view suites . I called a month in advance to confirm that we wouldn’t get a room that wasn’t ocean view or partial ocean view because I read some reviews of similar bad experience or false advertising false ocean views . Upon entering our rooms, we were met with a roof view on the second floor. We didn’t unpack and went straight to the front desk and stated our complaint I had told him that I had paid for three ocean...

“Camera sporca sia letto che in generale pulizia scarsa . Ristoranti tutti il cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio scarso. I bere di scarsa qualità . Piscina esterna poco attrezzata e anche lì sporco.. è un posto a chi piace la quantità !! Non lo consiglierei mi dispiace aver preso questo hotel ! Essendo un Riu pensavo n situazione decente .. insomma totale delusione .”

Il personale sempre super cortese, disponibile e sorridente, spiaggia e mare bellissimi, stanza spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata. Bellissimo l'acqua park, bellissimi gli spettacoli serali. Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Very disappointing experience. We travelled as a group of 12 and unfortunately experienced the same problems throughout our stay. The resort did not reflect the standard presented online. Rooms and communal areas were poorly cleaned and dated, maintenance and painting works were taking place, and the beach was practically unusable due to the overwhelming sargassum/sewage-like smell. Pool conditions were concerning, with missing tiles and rough surfaces; one member of our group cut her elbow....
