“This stay was an overall mess-- the front desk & concierge lost our luggage for an hour, tried to demote our room from what we paid for, and later when we got locked out of our room they made us wait outside our room for almost an hour in our swimsuits. They were very pushy about attending a timeshare presentation and they did not try to remedy our feelings of disconnect or disrespect about anything with our check-in process or losing our luggage. “Hotel ubicato nella zona Hotelera e ad un passo dala fermata dell'autobus. Struttura piccola e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino con la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata attrezzata. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Non è il solito resort chiassoso, ma una struttura per chi cerca la vera tranquillità.”

“Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. You would either walk or take a taxi somewhere and that’s about it. I’ll post pictures beautiful ? Room great building, great rooftop pool.”
