“I booked this hotel based on its Expedia listing, which clearly highlighted a free airport shuttle—a major factor when choosing among so many options in Cancun. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading, as no such service was actually available. In a competitive destination like Cancun, every bit of value matters. When the hotel didn’t reach out prior to arrival, I contacted them myself, only to be told that transportation is handled by a third-party vendor and requires 48 hours’ notice....

“Ho soggiornato in questa struttura situata direttamente su una bellissima spiaggia e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, dettaglio che si nota subito appena si entra. La camera non era una semplice stanza d’albergo, ma un vero e proprio appartamento: con cucina attrezzata, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, perfetti per chi desidera la comodità di cucinare anche in vacanza. ”

“This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...
