“The hotel has a great ocean view and an excellent location directly across from the beach. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to multiple service and housekeeping issues.
Upon arrival, there was broken glass at the hotel entrance, creating a safety concern. When we requested a luggage cart, we were told none were available.
