“Needs cleaning the bathtub had a black ring all around it. When you walk thru the hallways they smell like pot. “Tv never worked, ac didn’t work on a 90 degree weekend, room stayed around 88 the whole time. Got locked out of my room for hours with my dog because they key card battery died and nobody had a key or replacement to fix it, battery key fob on my side of the hotel also didn’t work for majority of my stay :)”

“The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk.”

“Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay...
