“We have stayed here before and both experiences were about the same. It is in a great location, the property is clean and maintained. They have great dog friendly rooms and the price for a dog is less than most hotels. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street which I prefer for the following reasons. The mattresses at Comfort Inn are basic. I have a chronic pain condition so I prefer higher quality mattress. For the average person I think that mattress would be comfortable, I...

“Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations. We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean.”

“The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom. The tub was filthy and I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. I called when I left since the office was closed and was told that my bill would be adjusted. But it never was. I took photos and tried to paste here, but it wouldn’t let me. Not sure if I will book next time I come through.”

“We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!”
