Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale West Town Mall - Knoxville

“Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast had many selections, but unfortunately every morning was similar and eggs were too soft for my liking and the meat options had non-pork item only once. There are many chicken, turkey and beef options available so it would be nice to focus on meats more total people can eat. The south is inundated with pork meals everywhere. ”

“Nice location but the building was not very clean and there is no elevator which makes it difficult for older people.”

“Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future”

“The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.”

“This place is good for a place to go and sleep. The staff is friendly and it is clean.”

“Room was clean and smelled fresh. Carpet was very old and stained in many places. Staff did mention that they were getting carpet replaced. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast would have been better if gravy and bacon had been served with the biscuits.”

“Mobility accessible room is fine, but the bathroom door is a “barn door” type- it was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay”

“Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

“This is next to the expressway. I was not able to sleep the entire night due to the noise!!”

“Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance.”
