“Everything I saw was nice and clean, and all the staff I interacted with were either very nice or super nice. Only 'bad' thing was the pool was closed for maintenance.”

“Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast had many selections, but unfortunately every morning was similar and eggs were too soft for my liking and the meat options had non-pork item only once. There are many chicken, turkey and beef options available so it would be nice to focus on meats more total people can eat. The south is inundated with pork meals everywhere. ”

“Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance.”

“I room was spacious, clean and the property was well kept. However, we did have a problem with the AC in the living area of the room. It was wasn’t work, maintenance was called and they came relatively quickly to fix it. It worked for that day and the next, it stopped working again. Maintenance came again and the replaced the unit. The front desk manager called and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a bottle of champagne but, my wife and I don’t drink. Then they offered a $30...

“The staff was great and available throughout the stay. The breakfast was good, but could benefit from more hot options. The room was clean and cold, just the way we like it. My family and I enjoyed the stay. I will definetely book a future stay.”

“Not happy with the room not clean the shower not working right,I ask for a chair in my room 2 times and they couldn’t help me and the coffee in the afternoon was cold ,the water went all over the bathroom floor had to clean it up 2 times.”

“The hotel needs an upgrade. We thought the beds were uncomfortable, tv stand was broken and i felt like i was walking on crumbs on the carpeting. The shower head did not disperse the water right.”

(The barbecue spot at Cove Lake was outstanding!)The breakfast was delicious and we'll stocked. The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of our evening was rocking on the rocking chairs out front and watching the sun set over the lake while relaxing on the two-person swings.”

“Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”
