“For the price, can’t be beat”

“We played 230$ for the room and were told it slept four but it did not so our friends had a king room with a pull out couch so we switched rooms… the pull out couch mattress was completely stained from past use/customers….went to get bedding from the front desk and it was also stained… then the breakfast for paying 230$ thought it would be ok but the eggs tast like rubber… ”

“This is our favorite place to stay. We always utilize Homewood Suites for our stays. They are always clean, the staff is always terrific, and the stay is always pleasant.”

“This is a very new/updated property. Very clean, well maintained, good amenities and service. There were lots of convenient electric, USB and phone plug ins throughout the room. Bagel Bar breakfast was great. I would certainly come back to this property for future visits.”

“The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice to have. The hotel and room (bathroom) were not the cleanest. Upon walking into the room, I noticed there was debris on the toilet seat and around the back of it. As in debris from people wiping and little pieces of paper and whatnot being left behind. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only thing that is a negative is that the hotel is very close to a busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic noise.”

“Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM. I had to wait until after 4:45 PM, which was very disappointing after a long and tiring trip.”

“When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.”

“The breakfast was great. Our room did not have any body wash or handsoap in it.”

“The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front...

“Nice place”

“Nice and clean hotel centrally located with easy access to KS 54-400. Would definitely stay in again.”

“I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded.”
