“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“The apartment was large and well set out with a kitchen full of essentials. The property does not have an ocean frontage or view, but we knew that. Most rooms look out over one or the other pool.”

“We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!”

“I liked that tram was right next to it the hotel, was convenient to go shopping the room I stayed had a nice view of some parts of the beach, Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, 5 to 10min walk close to beach, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was average the variety of the basics it was convenient to have and go to our daily activities”
