“Check in went. Manager was present with a warm welcome. Personally showed me the room The room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. All for a good price. Very nice and appreciayed”

“Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight.”

“I had some issues with the temperature in my room as it would not get cool despite setting it low. They were very responsive in the morning and sent someone to fix it. The value for the money was overall good. Did not use jacuzzi bath but was there for those who would want to. Decorated in theme with the location - cute gift shop.”

“This is a budget motel that purports to be nothing other than a clean, quiet, low-cost place to stay, and that is exactly what it was. It's nothing fancy, an older property, but it was clean, quiet, and low-cost, which is exactly what I was looking for on the night we stayed there. The cost was about 1/3 of the cost of the low-end chain properties in town.”

“Property was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool table lacked a cue ball and they couldn’t find it. The TV was good, but the reception was glitchy, losing sync so often that watching a movie or basketball game was difficult at best.”

“Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Towels were replenished daily. We felt very safe here. Convenient location. Excellent coffee shop just up the road (Perk and Play)! Washer and dryer on sight. Cons: Not completely able to control the temp of the room. During the day the room felt comfortable but every night we burned up. Location is right beside a busy road so we heard traffic all the time. We would stay here again though.”

“Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B”

“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.”
