“The whole place was dirty. Everything worn out. This place needs shut down.”

“I think everything is what would expect. Everything was clean breakfast was what said coffee all day. Room was clean plenty of towels and the replaced our remote in less then 10 minutes when we reported it didn’t work. ”

“Good afternoon. We checked out the morning of 5/24. Staff was very kind and helpful. Temperature control was great in the room. Bathroom was clean. A couple suggestions, went to find something behind my pillow and found hair, false eyelashes and general filth. (See photos). Would recommend you clean the dust ruffles and behind/under the beds. Rooms smell stale and musty. Second, it took three attempts to get our second room key functional. Third, the "one stall" restroom door lock...

“Had to run the shower 4-5 minutes before water turned warm. Light bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Mattress uncomfortable- not enough support. Curtains not thick enough to block out bright lights from across the street. Need a small refrigerator in each room.”

“The room was Ok but not fantastic…there were dirty hand prints on the front door and and bathroom door…dirt on the lamp shades, dirt on the wall by the bed. My real issue is with the mini fridge…you can tell that fridge had been leaking for some time and nothing had been done…the cabinet was coming apart from the water damage. I can only imagine what kind of mold was under there. I was also very disappointed with the casino, nothing about gambling there was fun…I lost with literally every spin....
