“This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic.”

“Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport.”

“Although the hotel itself was clean and high end, I can’t say the same about costumer service. My 7yo cut her foot in the outdoor pool and when I ran to the front desk, although I told the receptionist “my kid cut her foot in your pool, do you have a 1st aid kit” she went in her drawer and opened up 2 packs of bandaids to see what size I wanted. Bandaids, not even a 1st aid kit with wound cleaning supplies, creams etc. No concern or sympathy to my kid’s injury. Nothing! Just here’s bandaids. I...

“our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue.”

“Room smelled funny but everything looked clean. Staff was excellent and Anna was very accommodating. We asked for a later checkout since our flight was late and she allowed us to stay a little longer. Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.”

Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable.
