Hotel a Midwest City

“Stayed the weekend for my daughter’s softball tournament. Everything was clean and well maintained that we were around. Breakfast was good as well.”

“My reservation got canceled due to the fact that they didn’t have the two rooms and they canceled before letting me know once I came from out of town and got to the hotels when I found out my reservation was canceled on their website. It shows that they have a working pool they do not. The parking lot was very messy with trash everywhere. The lobby had trash in it on the floor.”

“After checking into our non smoking room and giving the disclosure cash deposit. When up to the room which smelt of smoking plus had ash and trash on floor. Ask to change room. He did change it, but that room had trash all over it. Wrappers behind bed, tea cup on desk, bugs in corner. Canceled room and left at high speed.”

“Amazing hotel though the majority of the staff did not speak English so that made things a little difficult at times, but it was a fabulous stay.”

“The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!”

“The front desk staff were hardly ever there. Also they did not clean our room once and we were there for 5 days. The only difference I saw was 2 new towels on the third day. It was also noisy at times. We stayed near the stairwell and the staff’s children would run up and down all day”

“WE stayed for two nights. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. I asked for an extra blanket and was told 'we don't have any' but was given a decorative bed throw. The next day we did not receive Housekeeping and, after a very long day, I had to go to the front desk and ask for two full sets of towels, a refill box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper. The property had many guest room windows which were in need of repair as the seal had obviously...

“The only thing wrong with hotel was the stained shower grout. Otherwise, very nice hotel and all the staff were very accommodating.”
