“nice & clean room”

“I like that it was clean and this death was friendly what I didn't like was I didn't have waffles for breakfast and my curtain in my room wouldn't go up to get daylight in but other than all that it was really nice”

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”

“Everything was great except the lousy collapsed mattress. Hotels have one job and the bed is part of it. Everything else was great.”

“The tub drain was partially plugged backing water in tub. Breakfast selection was limited in my opinion. ”

“We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed...

“Hotel totally catfished us. The pictures are not what they are on Expedia. They failed to mention the hotel was under going renovations. There was severe water damage on the ceiling with ceiling tiles missing or collapsed. The only decent thing about our room was the bathtub but the room was bad. They had dehumidifiers every where and it smelled like moisture. The only good thing about this hotel was the young lady who checked us in late Friday. Other then that don’t stay here”
