“Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

“Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean but there were problems with the shower. Water would get cold, then warm up, then hot and then cold again. It seemed to work better in the AM but not the PM. Also the water pressure wasn’t the best. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine wasn’t working and fruit choices were limited. Parking looked fine but we didn’t have a car so I’m not sure if there were any issues. ”

“This is a nice, budget-friendly option. The neighborhood and outdoor space lacks a bit of appeal, but nonsmoking room was nice. I’d ask for nonsmoking and first floor if smell of smoke bothers you. Upstairs hall (our second room in group) was pretty pungent of smoke and the hall wreaks. But no smoking room was great. No complaints.”
